Mega Evolution—Chaos Rising is a Pokémon TCG expansion inspired by the world of Pokémon Legends: Z-A, bringing the intensity of Mega Evolution into a darker and more chaotic setting.
Released on May 22, 2026, the set features 122 cards and is centred around Mega Greninja ex, the set mascot and one of its defining new Mega Evolutions. The expansion also explores the connection between Froakie, Frogadier and Mega Greninja ex, brought together through a distinctive panoramic artwork across three cards.
With Illustration Rares, Ultra Rares and Special Illustration Rares, Chaos Rising combines a strong competitive identity with a particularly striking visual direction. Its theme of stealth, speed, chaos and disruption gives the set a character that contrasts with the more balanced atmosphere of other Mega Evolution releases.
